We work for and with poor women and gender-diverse individuals and empower them to address poverty challenges while fundamentally altering the systems perpetuating those economic inequities.

Our group found kinship amidst the brutal opioid and gender-based violence crisis hitting Vancouver’s DTES. We saw our community suffer while community members were being undervalued and ignored.

We value peer expertise, flat pay, and radical hope. We know that our communities already have the solutions to their challenges. They just need support in implementing them.
